Haryana Election Result EC: The Election Commission has rejected Congress's allegations of any irregularities in the Haryana elections, calling them baseless, false and baseless. The Commission has also written to the Congress Party to desist from making baseless allegations after the elections. Along with this, the Election Commission has also cited five such special cases of the last one year. Referring to these cases, the panel said that the country's oldest party should avoid habitually attacking election work without any evidence.

In a letter written to the Congress party, the Election Commission has accused it of creating airs by claiming 'normal' suspicion. In this regard, the Commission has also given strict advice to Congress to avoid baseless allegations in future. Not only this, the Election Commission warned Congress and other political parties against making baseless and sensational complaints at sensitive times like voting and counting days. They have been warned that these efforts can never turn truth into lie and lie into truth.

Instead of dealing with the inconvenient election results, the Election Commission has held the party responsible for unnecessary and meaningless babble. The Commission urged the Congress to take strong and concrete action and stop the trend of frivolous complaints.

The Election Commission has sent a 1642-page reply to party president Mallikarjun Kharge on Congress's allegations. In the 1642-page reply, advice has been given along with evidence. The Commission has also given necessary evidence in this. The Commission has said that no mistake was made at any stage of the election process in Haryana. Everything happened in front of the Congress candidate or his agents. For this the party will have to take its workers into confidence. Even after this, the Commission again conducted a thorough verification from the election officials regarding the 26 assembly constituencies created by the Congress and reviewed the complaints point by point. The 1600-page reply also provides evidence that authorized representatives of Congress candidates were present at all stages, including the time of switching on the batteries of the EVMs and thereafter for 7-8 consecutive days till the completion of counting.

Congress's allegations regarding EVM battery charging also rejected
Completely dismissing the nonsense regarding the condition of battery display in EVMs, the Election Commission clarified that the battery voltage and capacity have no bearing on the counting of votes by EVMs. Any doubt that battery level affects election results is nonsense.

Congress made these allegations
It is noteworthy that Congress had submitted several complaints to the Election Commission regarding the irregularities in EVMs during the counting of votes in the Haryana Assembly elections. Congress candidates from 20 assembly constituencies, in their complaint to the Election Commission, alleged that the Congress party lost on 99 per cent charged EVMs and the Congress won on 60-70 per cent charged EVMs. This is surprising.
