Stock market recovered after initial fall, Sensex and Nifty made excellent recovery from low levels.

New Delhi, 29 October (Hindustan Reporter). The domestic stock market was successful in closing strongly for the second consecutive day today. Today's trading started at a flat level. There was a sharp decline in the stock market due to selling pressure in the first trading session of the day, but in the second session, buyers took the lead, due to which the stock market was successful in gaining strength. In today's trading, Sensex jumped from the low level to 1,029 points. Similarly, Nifty also jumped by more than 343 points from the low level. After the entire day's trading, Sensex closed with a gain of 0.46 percent and Nifty with a gain of 0.52 percent.

In today's business, there was heavy buying of shares in banking, public sector enterprise and realty sectors. Similarly, Metal, Energy, Capital Goods, Consumer Durable, FMCG and Oil & Gas indices also closed with strength. On the other hand, IT, Automobile, Healthcare and Tech indices closed with losses. There was continuous buying in the broader market today, due to which the BSE midcap index closed with a gain of 0.74 percent. Similarly, the Smallcap index ended today's trading with a gain of 0.71 percent.

Despite the strength in the stock market today, the wealth of stock market investors decreased by more than Rs 6 lakh crore. The market capitalization of BSE listed companies declined to Rs 434.91 lakh crore (provisional) after today's trading. Whereas on the last trading day i.e. Monday, their market capitalization was Rs 441.20 lakh crore. In this way, investors suffered a loss of about Rs 6.29 lakh crore from today's trading.

Today, there was active trading in 3,991 shares in BSE in the day's trading. Of these, 2,243 shares closed with gains, while 1,624 shares closed with a decline, while 124 shares closed without any movement. There was active trading in 2,499 shares in NSE today. Of these, 1,512 shares closed in the green after earning profit and 987 shares closed in the red after incurring a loss. Similarly, out of 30 shares included in Sensex, 16 shares closed with gains and 14 shares closed with decline. Whereas out of 50 shares included in Nifty, 28 shares closed in green mark and 22 shares closed in red mark.

BSE Sensex opened today with a slight gain of 32.16 points at the level of 80,037.20 points. Due to selling pressure after the market opened, this index fell by 583.69 points to 79,421.35 points. However, after this the bulls made buying efforts, due to which this index jumped by 1,029.13 points from the low level and reached 80,450.48 points with a gain of 445.44 points. After the entire day's trading, the Sensex closed at 80,369.03 points with a gain of 363.99 points.

Unlike Sensex, NSE's Nifty started trading today with a weakness of 10.30 points at the level of 24,328.85 points. Due to increased selling pressure after the market opened, this index fell by 198.30 points to 24,140.85 points. However, after this, due to buying support, the movement of this index increased. With the support of continuous buying, shortly before the end of today's trading, this index jumped 343.65 points from the low level and reached the level of 24,484.50 points with a gain of 145.35 points. After buying and selling throughout the day, Nifty closed at 24,466.85 points with a gain of 127.70 points.

Today, after the day's trading, among the big stocks of the stock market, State Bank of India with a gain of 5.13 percent, Bharat Electronics with a gain of 5.04 percent, SBI Life Insurance with a gain of 3.45 percent, HDFC Life with a gain of 3.36 percent and ICICI Bank with a gain of 3.02 percent are today's top 5 gainers. Joined the list. On the other hand, Tata Motors fell by 4.06 per cent, Maruti Suzuki by 3.81 per cent, Hero MotoCorp by 2.85 per cent, Dr Reddy's Laboratories by 2.81 per cent and Sun Pharmaceuticals by 1.64 per cent joined the list of today's top 5 losers.
