– The franchise can retain 6 players in its team for IPL 2025 retention.
– A maximum of 6 players can be kept under retention, out of which 5 should be capped players. A maximum of 2 uncapped players (Indian and foreign) can stay together in retention.
– Uncapped players will be those players who have not played international cricket. The list of retained players should be submitted before 31 October 2024.
