Vigilance Awareness Week begins in DIPR Jammu with pledge ceremony

Jammu, 28 October (Hindustan Reporter). The Directorate of Information and Public Relations in Jammu started the Vigilance Awareness Week with an important swearing-in ceremony. Joint Director Information Jammu Atul Gupta led the program and administered the oath of integrity to all the officers and staff present.

The ceremony witnessed full attendance of employees underscoring the collective commitment towards ethical practices and transparency in governance.

In his address the Joint Director highlighted the important role of integrity in public service. He said Vigilance Awareness Week is a reminder of our responsibility to maintain the highest standards of honesty and transparency. “By making this pledge, we reaffirm our dedication to fighting corruption and fostering trust within our communities.”

Atul Gupta encouraged officers to adopt these values ​​in their daily duties and emphasized that individual actions contribute to the larger goal of creating a corruption-free environment. The week-long celebration aims to promote awareness about the importance of vigilance and integrity while engaging all stakeholders in the fight against corruption.
