On October 27, 4-year-old girl Mishti was murdered in Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh. His maternal uncle was accused of murder. Police have recovered the girl's body from her aunt's house. According to the information received from the police, the accused woman has been identified as Savitri. Giving information about the case, the police officer said that Mishti's aunt Savitri strangled her to death and took her into custody. He told that during interrogation, Savitri has confessed to her crime.

While confessing her crime, Savitri said that Mishti lived near her house and Mishti used to play in her house on Saturday afternoons. Meanwhile, she suddenly fell from the roof and became unconscious. In such a situation, he made Mishti lie down on the bed and sprinkled water on her and she regained consciousness. Savitri said that after this she fed Mishti and slept, but when Mishti's family started searching for her, she got scared and to save herself from being caught, she strangled Mishti to death.
