Police are searching for the missing wireless set for one and a half years. It was given wirelessly to Jawahar Circle police station by the Police Telecommunication Commissionerate. Investigating officer ASI Ramphool said that Deputy Superintendent of Police (Telecom) Vikas Soni has registered a case in Jawahar Circle police station that the stolen wireless set was given to Jawahar Circle police station in April 2010 when it was allotted. Virendra Kumar, representative constable at Jawahar Circle police station, received the wireless set. In the year 2023, Police Telecommunication Commissionerate did not receive information about wireless set from Jawahar Circle police station. By sending several letters from May-2023 to May-2024, Jawahar Circle police station sought information about the missing wireless set.
