Patiala: Punjabi University has not been able to purchase the papers even after a month, due to which students are struggling to get their degree and DMC. Let us tell you that this issue was raised prominently by Punjabi Jagran, after which the authority had said that it would soon tender and purchase the paper. Despite this, the problem of the students has not been solved. The delegation led by Nardan Singh Saran, president of the SAIFI (Secular Youth Federation of India) unit, the student organization of the university, met the control examiners. A demand letter was given regarding the problems of the students related to the examination branch.
Talking to journalists, Nardan Singh Saran said that the documents required for certificates and degrees have been lost for a long time, due to which students of universities and colleges are not able to get certificates and degrees. He said that due to this the students are facing problems and they have to visit the examination branch again and again. Vice President Dara Singh said that due to not getting certificates and degrees, students face difficulty in taking admission abroad and filling the forms for government jobs. He said that this problem should be resolved as soon as possible.
On this occasion, Jashandeep Singh Khudian said that the results of revaluation are often delayed until the student gives the paper again, hence this issue should also be paid attention so that the student can avoid financial and mental troubles. The leaders said that if these problems are not resolved within a week, there will be a major struggle from the organization.
