- – First of all, lightly roast sesame, fennel, poppy seeds and peanuts in a pan and grind them in a mixer jar.

- – Now add copra grind and Khaman, gram flour, ginger-chilli-garlic paste and mix.
- – Now prepare the stuffing by mixing powdered sugar, lemon juice, whole sesame seeds etc.
- – Now add flour and a little water to it and knead a stiff dough, take out a ball from it and roll a stone of filling in it.
