Acharya Balkrishna was addressing the fifth Regional Industry Conclave of the state organized in Rewa on Wednesday. He said that Madhya Pradesh is a beautiful and safe place for those who can contribute towards taking the country forward. For Patanjali, we will mainly work here for food processing, oil processing and pharma training. Will work on a large scale by planning in the field of tourism and solar. Work will be done for the employment of the local people and their interest and welfare.
Acharya Balkrishna said that after coming to Rewa Industry Conclave, I got to see a new tradition here. In which not only people are excited at the local level but also everyone is realizing the possibilities. He said that when you reach the local level, the possibilities that are there also emerge. I think this is the first different kind of effort for the country, such efforts should be made everywhere.
He said that Patanjali has continuously promoted indigenous products and new technology. Patanjali is manufacturing many food products by giving new life to Ruchi Soya Plant of Madhya Pradesh. We are supporting farmers to promote crop diversification in Madhya Pradesh. In many districts of Madhya Pradesh, farmers are being supported by providing free training for the cultivation of mustard, other oilseeds and medicinal plants. They are providing benefits to farmers by purchasing organic farming produce directly from them. Patanjali will establish industry and Ayurvedic center in Ujjain. We will also make big investments in the fields of solar energy and IT.
Dalmia will set up a cement plant with an investment of Rs 3,000 crore.
In the conclave, Dalmia Cement MD Puneet Dalmia said that a cement plant will be set up in Madhya Pradesh with an investment of Rs 3,000 crore. This will be the world's first 100% renewable energy plant. He said that his institute is running 15 initiation centers across the country. In this, skill training has been provided and more than 50 thousand people have been trained. A similar training center will be established in Madhya Pradesh also.
Impressed by the tourism of Madhya Pradesh, Dalmia also expressed his desire to invest in museums and sound and light shows. He praised the organization of Regional Industry Conclave to promote balanced and integrated development in Madhya Pradesh. Also appreciated the presentation in Hindi of investment opportunities by Chief Minister Dr. Yadav and all administrative officials to promote Hindi language.
Industrialists overwhelmed by Vindhya's natural wealth and investment opportunities
Dalmia Group MD Puneet Dalmia said that the Industry Conclave has been organized in a very grand manner in Rewa. This will create huge opportunities for industrial investment in Vindhya. All the industrialists are very impressed by the picture of Madhya Pradesh presented by the senior officials of the state in the conclave. Dalmia Industries is going to set up a cement plant with a production capacity of four lakh tonnes in Vindhya. There will be an investment of three thousand crore rupees in this. This will be the first cement plant in the state to run on renewable energy. Our group will also invest in the development of tourism in Vindhya.
He said that a large number of officers and employees working in our group are residents of Madhya Pradesh. Vindhya is the land of art, culture and rituals. The entire Madhya Pradesh is an island of peace.
At the same time, Reliance Industries President HK Tripathi said that our industry is continuously investing with the aim of continuously contributing to the public welfare and development of the country. Work is being done in many sectors including textile industry, mobile sector, energy sector. In Shahdol, methane gas is being exploited and used as energy. We will soon set up a power generation plant from paddy straw, banana residue and other agricultural residues in the Vindhya region. By producing organic fertilizers, we will help in environmental protection and increasing the income of farmers.
Naresh Goyal, CMD of Rama Group, said that we have been operating wood-based industry in Satna district since 1998. Soon two new wood based units will be established in Vindhya. We are going to invest about Rs 100 crore. Besides, work is also being done on a plan to set up a Rs. 400 crore MDF unit. At present, a plywood unit has been installed in Uttarakhand and two units of steel iron have also been installed in Chhattisgarh. Wood based industry is not based on forests. It is now based on agro based wood.
Bhimsi Kachot of Adani Group said that our group has already made big investments in the field of cement and energy in Madhya Pradesh. Our two projects are being prepared on PPP mode. We will also increase investment in the energy sector. There are very positive policies to encourage investment in Madhya Pradesh.
