Threat to bomb Jabalpur Dumna Airport, security agencies investigated

Jabalpur, 23 October (HS). Threats to bomb airports and planes are being received across the country. In this series, Budhdhar has now also received a threat to blow up Jabalpur airport with a bomb. In this matter, the police have registered an FIR against unknown persons. Considering the seriousness of the matter, the police have started investigation. Police said that the matter is being investigated and unknown accused are being searched. However, security agencies are looking at this matter on priority. Security arrangements outside the airport have also been tightened.

After receiving the threat, the Dumna Airport premises were thoroughly investigated, but no suspicious object was found. Police and security agencies are currently maintaining tight security arrangements at the airport and extra vigilance is being maintained.

It is noteworthy that in the last few days, various airlines of the country have received about 90 such threats. Due to which there has been huge pressure on air security agencies and airlines. Due to these threats, the planes are being landed and thoroughly checked as soon as possible, due to which the airlines have suffered a loss of around Rs 427 crore so far. These threats are causing huge economic losses for the airlines. However, a thorough investigation was conducted at Dumna Airport in Jabalpur, after which no suspicious person was found. Due to which the information about bomb turned out to be fake.
