Jharkhand Assembly Elections: NDA seat allocation for Jharkhand Assembly Elections 2024 has been finalized. According to the released list of candidates, BJP will contest on 68 seats, AJSU on 10 seats, JDU on 2 seats and LJP on 1 seat. JDU is demanding more seats in Jharkhand, but BJP has convinced it. However, there are reports that Manjhi is angry with BJP for not getting the seat. Manjhi himself has expressed his displeasure and claimed that he is entitled to three seats in Jharkhand.
Speaking to the media in Gaya, Union Minister and HAM Party founder Jitan Ram Manjhi said that despite the meeting not taking place, he is in support of the NDA and is ready to support its allies. However, he made it clear that not getting a seat in Jharkhand is sad but he will compensate for this loss in Bihar Assembly elections.
The Union Minister said that BJP has contested elections on many seats. The National President is coming and we will talk to him about seat allocation and ask whether he will allocate seats to us or not and we will be very sad if the candidature is not presented. We should get at least 3 seats.
we are with nda
Manjhi said that when it comes to NDA, we are with NDA. We will help everyone. The requirement of honesty is that when those people got seats, we should also get them. When we went there we said that we will take 10 seats, but it seems that the matter did not progress. We are disciplined supporters of the party and NDA. We asked for 3 seats in the Lok Sabha elections, but we got one seat. We didn't say anything. Similarly, if we do not get seats in Jharkhand, we will ask for seats from them in Bihar elections.
