Vyas's lawyer told the court that some secondary websites were still selling KondPlay concert tickets at higher prices. Noting that the police investigation is ongoing, the court has scheduled the hearing in November after the Diwali holidays.
The PIL claimed that such irregularities were seen in IPL matches, Cricket World Cup matches and concerts of Taylor Swift and Diljit Dosanjh.

The PIL alleged that online tickets were sold through the Book My Show platform in such a manner that people were logged in before the tickets were available and were not given access.
