What materials are required?
- Grated coconut – 1 bowl
- Cold milk – 1 cup
- Milk powder – 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder – 1/3 tsp
- Food color – 1 pinch (optional)
How to make coconut roll
- To make coconut roll, first take grated coconut in a big bowl. Add milk powder, cardamom powder and powdered sugar and mix well.
- – Now divide the mixture into two parts. – Add food color in one part and mix milk.
- Add milk in the second part and mix.
- – Now mix this mixture well and add it.
- Weave this lua with the help of a paper bag, add colored lua to it and fold it with the help of a paper bag.
- – Now prepare a roll of this mixture.
- – Keep the roll in the refrigerator for a few minutes so that it sets properly.
- After two hours, take them out of the fridge and then cut them.
- Your coconut rolls are ready.
