What ingredients are required to make green turmeric?
- 250 grams green turmeric
- 1 cup fresh coriander
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 3 green chillies
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ½ tsp ginger paste
- half teaspoon cumin
- half teaspoon coriander powder
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- garam masala powder
How to make green turmeric curry?
- Cut green turmeric into small pieces.
- Mix the paste of green coriander, mint, green chilli, onion, garlic and ginger.
- – Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
- Add mint, chilli, onion and garlic mixture and fry.
- Add chopped turmeric, coriander powder, salt and mix well.
- – Let everything cook well, then turn off the gas and garnish with coriander.
- Now green turmeric curry is ready.
