Haridwar, 19 October (Hindustan Reporter). Block level science festival was organized at Shiksharaj Inter College located in Sultanpur Nagar Panchayat. Block Education Officer Vinod Kumar arrived as the chief guest at the Science Festival. The program was inaugurated by Block Education Officer Vinod Kumar by lighting the lamp.
