Along with this, officials also said that additional security forces are being sent to the incident site. However, it is a matter of relief that there is no news of any casualty so far. In case the violence resumes, security forces are evacuating the elderly, women and children to safe places. Borobekara, about 30 km from Jiribam town, is covered with dense forests and is a hilly area. Several such attacks have taken place in the area since communal violence broke out in the state in May last year.
