Varun Dhawan and Mrunal Thakur were scheduled to start shooting for the film from the beginning of October. Apart from Mumbai, the shooting was also to take place in Goa. But, the shooting schedule was canceled due to David Dhawan's illness. Now the shooting will take place in the first week of November. However, later there will be a break for some time due to Diwali.
