Australia will give tanks to Ukraine

Australian Defense Minister Richard Marles gave this information on Thursday. Ukraine had requested Australia to provide these tanks a few days ago. Marles said the Australian government is giving most of its American-made tanks to Ukraine. The cost of these tanks is 24.5 million Australian dollars. In Australia, these tanks will now be replaced by a new fleet of next generation M1F2 tanks. Marles said last February that giving obsolete tanks to Ukraine is not on our government's agenda.
