Amidst the ongoing conflict in different parts of the world, news of the Third World War is now emerging. The fierce war that has been going on between Russia and Ukraine for more than two years may now move towards a world war. Because now a third country has also jumped into the fight between these two countries.
The head of Ukraine's intelligence service has made a shocking revelation about the war. About 11,000 North Korean infantrymen are currently training in eastern Russia to fight on Russia's side in the Ukraine war, according to the head of Ukraine's spy agency. According to reports, Ukrainian officer Lieutenant General Kirill Budanov said that these North Korean soldiers will be ready to fight in Ukraine from November 1.
Budanov said North Korean troops would use Russian military equipment and ammunition. The first cadre of 2,600 North Korean army soldiers will be sent to Kursk, where Ukraine has captured Russian territory. Whereas there is no information about where the remaining soldiers will be sent. Hours before Budanov's statement, Ukrainian President Zelensky had said that about 10,000 North Korean soldiers were ready to fight against Ukraine on behalf of Russia. According to reports, Zelensky warned that the involvement of a third country in the war would turn the conflict into a world war.
Cooperation between Russia and North Korea increased
There is no doubt that the level of mutual cooperation between Russia and North Korea has increased in the last few months. Just last week, on the occasion of Russian President Vladimir Putin's birthday, North Korea's Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un sent him a greeting message. In this message, Kim Jong Un described Putin as his closest ally. Another sign of growing relations between Russia and North Korea was seen recently. According to a report released on Thursday, Russian soldiers are training in the use of North Korean self-propelled artillery.
Australia will give tanks to Ukraine
The world community has also come forward to help Ukraine. According to reports, Australia will give 49 of its old M1A1 Abrams tanks to Ukraine. Australian Defense Minister Richard Marles gave this information on Thursday. Ukraine had requested Australia to provide these tanks a few days ago. Marles said the Australian government is giving most of its American-made tanks to Ukraine. The cost of these tanks is 24.5 million Australian dollars. In Australia, these tanks will now be replaced by a new fleet of next generation M1F2 tanks. Marles said last February that giving obsolete tanks to Ukraine is not on our government's agenda.
