Ingredients for making cashew nuts
- 200 grams cashews
- 2 tbsp desi ghee
- 1/4 cardamom powder
- 100 grams sugar
- silver work as required

- First of all, grind one cup cashew nuts in a mixer and make powder.
- Then add sugar and water in a pan and cook on low flame.
- Cook the sugar until the sugar dissolves well.
- Check the wires from time to time.
- After this, add cardamom powder to cashew powder and fry it well on low flame.
- Fry this mixture until it becomes lumpy.
- Then keep it aside to cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
- After it cools down, mix the powder in milk and mash it.
- After this, keep the prepared mixture in a plate and apply ghee on your palms and the rolling pin and grease it.
- – Now roll it out as thick or thin as per your wish with the help of butter paper.
- – Then cut it into square pieces with the help of a knife.
- After this let it cool for 3-4 minutes.
- Now separate the piece and decorate it with silver work.
