Naib Singh Saini Oath Ceremony: Naib Singh Saini has taken oath as the Chief Minister of Haryana. Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya administered him the oath of office and secrecy. Along with Chief Minister Saini, 13 MLAs have also taken oath as ministers. With this, BJP has formed its government in Haryana for the third consecutive time. Many NDA leaders including PM Modi, Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh were present in the swearing-in ceremony of the Saini government.

BJP, which has been in power in Haryana for the last 10 years, has formed the government this time with full majority. BJP has won 48 seats while Congress has won 37 seats.

NDA's strength visible on stage

Many BJP leaders including PM Modi, Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Manoharlal Khattar attended the swearing-in ceremony of Nayab Singh Saini. Apart from this, Chief Ministers of many states and senior party leaders were also present on the stage. For this, tight security arrangements were made in Panchkula. Naib Singh Saini has become the CM of Haryana for the second time. Earlier, on March 12, 2024, he was elected Chief Minister of Haryana for the first time.

BJP's historic victory in Haryana

BJP, which has been in power for the last 10 years, has given its best performance so far in Haryana this time. BJP has hoisted its flag on 48 out of 90 seats in the state. Whereas, Congress has got 37 seats. Apart from this, two seats have gone to the account of Indian National Lok Dal.
