- 1 large brinjal
- 2 medium sized onions, finely chopped
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- salt to taste

How to make brinjal porridge?
- – Roast the brinjal on low gas flame or cook it in the oven for 20 minutes. After roasting the brinjal, apply some oil on the vine so that its peel comes off easily after roasting.
- – Then let the brinjal cool and peel it. – Then mash it well.
- – Heat oil in a pan and add onion, green chilli, ginger paste, garlic paste and fry. If you have green onion and garlic then use it, it will double the taste.
- Then add cumin, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and salt.
- – Now add mashed brinjal to it and mix well.
- Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
