What did the investigation reveal?
According to the central agency's investigation, the company's MD Vikas Vinayak Khanvelkar, Soumyadri Shekhar Bose, also known as Suman Bose (former MD of Siemens Industry Software India Private Limited). and his associates Suresh Goyal and Mukul Chandra Agarwal allegedly used fake invoices to transfer government funds through multi-level transactions through shell companies or dormant entities under the guise of supply of goods or services.

However, the agency said, Naidu has nothing to do with the alleged misuse of funds in the skill development development project in partnership with Siemens.
