The test sample of Siddha brand mustard oil was taken from Mahalaxmi Traders. Mustard oil (loose) sample was taken for testing from Ganpati grocery store in Phulera itself. Samples of Barfi (Mawa sweets) and Rasgulla were taken from Sharma Mishtan Bhandar. Food license was not found pasted at the designated place in Ganpati Kirana Store in Phulera town. Complete lack of hygiene was seen. There were spider webs everywhere in the shop, due to which dust and spider webs were seen falling on the food items kept in the open. In view of the above circumstances, improvement notice will be given to the firm owner.
