Vijendra Gupta wrote a letter to the Vigilance Commissioner, alleging illegal construction in the Chief Minister's residence.

New Delhi, 15 October (Hindustan Reporter). Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Vijendra Gupta has written a letter to the Vigilance Commissioner. In the letter, he has accused Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor Arvind Kejriwal of illegal construction in the Chief Minister's residence. He said that rules were not followed in its construction. Vijendra Gupta said that this entire matter should be investigated as soon as possible.

Gupta further said that several rules have been violated at the Chief Minister's residence, including unauthorized vandalism as well as destruction of government properties. Also other buildings have been constructed there. The environment has also been damaged in all these works. The opposition leader has alleged that 8 V-type flats and two bungalows were illegally demolished at the residence at 6, Flag Staff Road. Apart from this, a complex has been built on 8 acres there. In which many rules have not been followed.

Vijendra Gupta said that Sheesh Mahal is the biggest example of Kejriwal's dishonesty. All this was done by ignoring rules and laws. He has written a letter to the Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) regarding this matter and has demanded to investigate the illegal construction in Sheesh Mahal and take strict action.
