The problem of blackheads occurs when makeup, dirt, sebum and bacteria clog the pores of the face. These dark spots occur when they come in contact with air, due to which the skin starts looking lifeless and they reduce the beauty of the face. Despite best efforts, it is not always easy to get rid of blackheads. Typically, blackheads are found on the nose and chin and people often use various beauty products to solve this problem, but they may not always be effective.
In such a situation, you can use some home remedies to reduce blackheads. These remedies can help eliminate stubborn blackheads and contribute to getting clear skin.
baking soda:
Baking soda has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties that can help remove dead skin cells and excess sebum.
To make this, mix 1 teaspoon baking soda in 2 teaspoons water.
Apply this mixture on the area with blackheads and leave it for 10-15 minutes before washing it off with water.
Scrub:
An exfoliating scrub can help get rid of blackheads and dead skin cells, leaving the skin softer.
Make a paste by mixing 1 teaspoon finely ground coffee, 1 teaspoon coconut oil and juice of half a lemon.
Gently massage this paste on the areas with blackheads, especially where they are in large numbers. Later wash the face with water.
Egg White Bar:
To clean the face and remove blackheads, apply a layer of egg white on the area with blackheads like the nose and place a thin piece of tissue paper on top. Apply another layer of egg white with the help of a face mask brush.
Repeat this process 3-4 times and leave until it dries. Remove it gently, clean your face with a mild cleanser and then apply toner and moisturizer.
Honey and Lemon:
Mix 2 teaspoons lemon juice in half teaspoon honey.
Apply this mixture on your face and massage gently for about 2 minutes.
Wash your face with warm water. If your skin is dry then apply moisturizer. Avoid applying this mixture around the eyes and mouth.
