Chandigarh, 15 October (HS). The Bharatiya Janata Party has dedicated the oath-taking ceremony of the new Chief Minister to be held in Panchkula on Thursday to the resolution letter. The announcements of the election manifesto have been mentioned in the official invitation letter released by the party on Tuesday. Apart from big leaders, industrialists, sportspersons, farmers and Dren Didis will also participate in this swearing-in ceremony.
Assembly elections have been announced in two states of the country, Maharashtra and Jharkhand. In such a situation, BJP wants to capitalize on the victory of Haryana in the elections of these states. Due to which, preparations have been made to show strength through the swearing-in ceremony which is going to be held in Panchkula on 17th October. There have been very few such occasions in Haryana when the Prime Minister and the Home Minister are present on the same platform along with power and organization. A target has been set to gather a crowd of 50 thousand for the swearing-in ceremony. To make the swearing-in ceremony memorable, the function is being organized on 15-acre grounds. In view of this, the place of oath taking has been changed from Parade Ground to Shalimar Ground.
BJP spokesperson Praveen Atreya said that Drone Didi, progressive farmers, sanitation workers, industrialists, sportspersons and beneficiaries of government schemes have been specially invited to the function. Separate blocks will be made to accommodate all of them. Before the ceremony, NSG, CID department of Haryana Police, Dog Squad and Bomb Squad checked the venue the whole day on Tuesday. Ten gates have been made for entry, safe house has been made in Panchkula Hospital, 10 gates have been made for the entry of guests at Shalimar Ground. A total of three sitting areas have been prepared for sitting. About 15 thousand chairs have been installed in these. In front of the stage area, a setting area of about 120 feet wide and about 200 feet long has been prepared for seating of VVIPs and VIPs. On its right side, a 40 feet wide, 60 feet long area and on the left side, a 40 feet wide and 132 feet long area has been made for people's seating. A total of 14 LED screens will be installed in the ground for live viewing.
Of these, three screens will be 45 feet wide, which will be near the PM's stage. The remaining 15 feet high screens will be installed in the entire sitting area and at the entry and exit. A safe house is being built in the Civil Hospital for the VIPs coming for the swearing-in ceremony. Where a senior doctor and health workers have been deployed. More than three teams have been formed for the Prime Minister and the Governor. Along with this, five ambulances will also be deployed at the venue and safe house. The parking of the commercial center of Sector 8 and 9, located right in front of the main entry of the venue, will be converted into VIP parking.
Apart from this, parking of hotels and other commercial points in Sector 5 is also being improved. DC will arrange food for those coming for the swearing-in ceremony. The Chief Secretary of Haryana has issued instructions to all the District Deputy Commissioners of the state to make arrangements for food for the people coming for the swearing-in ceremony. Arrangements are being made to bring people from all 22 districts of the state to Panchkula through buses. Due to which the Chief Secretary has issued a letter giving instructions to make arrangements for puris, potatoes, laddus, fruits, water bottles, rice, gram vegetables etc. for the people traveling in buses. It has been asked to keep 45-45 food packets in each bus.
