Risk of water borne diseases by drinking such water

Due to which drinking this water can spoil the mineral balance of our body. According to WHO, drinking water should contain elements like salt, calcium, sodium, boron, but the question is whether these will remain intact in this unbranded carba water. By drinking this type of water, there is a risk of waterborne diseases, B12 deficiency, effects on kidneys, side effects on liver, cancer etc.
