10 year political ban on Virsa Singh Valtoha, Singh Sahiban orders to expel him from Akali Dal

Amritsar: Five Singh Sahibs gathered at Sri Akal Takht Sahib, which included Jathedar Singh Sahib of Sri Akal Takht Sahib Giani Raghbir Singh Takht, Jathedar Singh Sahib of Sri Damdama Sahib Giani Harpreet Singh, Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib Jathedar Singh Sahib Giani Sultan Singh, Granthi Singh Sahib Giani Baljit Singh of Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib and Bhai Sukhdev Singh of Sri Akal Takht Sahib participated. Panj Singh Sahiban discussed the case of Virsa Singh Valtoha and Singh Valtoha appeared and tendered an apology.

It is noteworthy that recently Virsa Singh Valtoha had given a statement regarding the pressure of Jathedars on BJP and RSS, on which clarification was sought from Virsa Singh Valtoha. When the allegations were proved, Panj Singh Sahibs passed a strict verdict, where they ordered the Akali Dal to remove the primary membership and all posts of Virsa Singh Valtoha within 24 hours. At the same time, a ban of 10 years has also been imposed on Virsa Singh Valtoha.
