Tooth sensitivity is a common dental problem. Due to this, one has to face pain and tingling in the teeth. The lining of the teeth is soft, which helps protect the enamel. But consumption of acidic foods and foods and excessive use of mouthwash (a side effect of mouthwash) damages the enamel and its effect is visible on the nerves. Enamel keeps teeth shiny and strong. But due to its deterioration, dental problems start increasing.

Causes of tooth sensitivity: People who consume highly acidic foods and beverages may cause their teeth to lose color, shine, and enamel. This damages the enamel and makes the teeth sensitive. Apart from this, excessive consumption of processed food also harms teeth.

Acidity problem: People who have acidity problem often have to face dental problems. The saliva of people suffering from gastritis becomes acidic and the pH level starts getting affected. This affects the teeth, causing sensitivity to deteriorate. Apart from this, deep bite also damages the enamel of the teeth.
