A second year MBBS student committed suicide by hanging himself in the hostel of Hind Medical College. It is being told that the student, originally from Varanasi, was troubled by the burden of studies and absenteeism. No suicide note was found from the spot. The post mortem report has also confirmed murder. After post-mortem, the family took the body to Varanasi.
Dr., resident of Baragaon, Sidhalpur, Varanasi. Ashok Kumar Yadav's younger son Vikas Pratap Yadav was a second year student at Hind Medical College. He lived with classmate Manish Singh in hostel room number 26 in the medical college campus.
It is said that when Manish Singh returned after having dinner at around 9.30 pm on October 11, Vikas's body was found hanging. As soon as the information was received, the college administration and police reached the spot. The body was taken out and the family members were informed. No suicide note was found during search of the room. After the arrival of the family members, the panel of doctors conducted the post-mortem amid photography.
Not allowed to meet the college administration
The deceased's father Ashok Kumar Yadav told that Vikas was very upset by his absence. In a phone conversation, he said that the people of the college could fail him. Seeing his condition, he sent his elder son Chandrashekhar Yadav to him about five days ago. He explained a lot and asked him to come along but he was so scared that he was not ready to go along. At the same time, when Chandrashekhar wanted to meet the college administration, he was not allowed to meet. Not only this, when the incident happened with his son, he was told that Vikas was unwell.

The father told that Vikas had come home about two months ago and had said that he would study well this time, not only this, when he asked for another mobile, he also sent him money. I cannot understand under what circumstances he took such a step. He can't do that.
I talked to my brother at five o'clock on Friday evening
About five hours before his suicide, he had talked to his elder brother Chandrashekhar on phone and said that he was recovering. Everything was normal on the phone. When the family reached the college after the incident, even the classmates did not tell them that he was going to take such a big step. He was with his classmates till nine o'clock at night.
