How to make Chakri?
Take two cups of wheat flour and one cup of gram flour in a big vessel.
– Now add ground cumin, parsley and sesame seeds to it.
Then add salt, asafoetida, turmeric, red chilli powder, ginger-chilli and sweet neem paste, five spoons of oil or butter and mix everything.
– Now knead the dough with warm water.
Keep the dough covered for 30 minutes. – After this apply oil on the chakri pan. – Then fill the dough in it.
– Then make a chakri inside the plate. – Now heat oil for frying.
Then fry this chakri in hot oil with the help of tavitha.
Take it out when it turns golden brown. Your flour chakri is ready.
