- 1 cup jaggery
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron
- 2 spoons ghee
- finely chopped almonds or pistachios
How to make Rajgarh Halwa?
1). Soak the Rajgara.
2). – Heat ghee in a pan.
3). – Add soaked Rajgira and cook on medium flame.
4). – Add milk and let it cook.
5). Add sugar and let it cook.
6). Add cardamom powder and saffron and mix.
7). Rajgarani Kheer is ready, serve hot.
