Ingredients to make Gulab Jambu
- 100 grams mango
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- one spoon flour
- Ghee or refined oil for frying
- 4 ground green cardamoms
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- Mix some water in 2 spoons milk
How to make Gulab Jambu
- – Take out the mawa in a vessel and mash it well.
- – Then mix baking soda and flour in the batter.
- Keep it neither too hard nor too soft.
- Be careful not to dry out the maui-menda.
- Once the Maavo-Menda is ready, divide it into equal parts and make small balls.
- – Now heat ghee in a pan.
- Then add bread pieces to it and fry.
- – When the bread boils, reduce the flame, put the rose balls in ghee and fry till they turn brown.
- Then when the ghee starts cooling down, heat the ghee before putting the balls in the pan.
- Lower the flame and fry the rose hips.
- Bake them and keep them in a plate.
how to make sherbet
- – Put sugar and water in a vessel and cook on low flame.
- Keep stirring with a large spoon until the sugar dissolves.
- When the sugar dissolves, increase the flame and let the syrup boil.
- – Now add milk to the syrup and let it boil on low flame.
- Take the syrup in a spoon and apply it on your finger.
- If syrup starts forming then turn off the gas.
- – Now filter the syrup through a sieve and put it on the gas again.
- Add cardamom and cook for a minute.
- – Now add rose petals in the prepared syrup.
- The rose is ready.
