BJP will run active membership campaign in Himachal from 16th to 31st October: Dr. Sikandar Kumar

Shimla, 12 October (HS). Rajya Sabha MP and BJP State General Secretary Dr. Sikandar Kumar has said that after the primary membership campaign in Himachal Pradesh, now the active membership campaign will run in a phased manner from October 16 to October 31. For the active membership campaign, appointments of State Active Membership Review Committee, District Active Membership Review Committee and Divisional Active Membership Assistant have been made. In view of the active membership campaign, direct workshops on active membership will be organized in the district from 14th October to 16th October so that this campaign can be taken forward. In the district workshops, MPs, MLAs and candidates related to the district, district officials, district active membership review committee, district and divisional membership team, divisional president, general secretary and divisional active membership associates will be expected in the required categories.

Dr. Sikandar told that the schedule of the district workshop will be like this in which the chief speakers in the workshop organized on October 14 in District Chamba, Nupur, Palampur, Hamirpur, Mahasu and Shimla will be Rajya Sabha MP Indu Goswami, former Assembly Speaker Vipin Parmar, State Secretary Sumit Sharma, MLA Trilok Jamwal, State Secretary Sanjay Thakur and former minister Dr. Rajeev Saizal will be present. Similarly, on October 15, chief speaker Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Sikandar Kumar, National Council member Purshottam Guleria and State Secretary Rajesh Thakur will be present in the workshop of District Solan, Bilaspur and Dehra. On October 16, Chief Spokesperson Rakesh Jamwal, State General Secretary Bihari Lal Sharma, State Vice President Govind Thakur and Kisan Morcha President Sanjeev Deshta will be present in the workshop of District Lahaul Spiti, Kullu, Mandi, Sundernagar and Kinnaur.
