Bengaluru: A Pakistani family living illegally in Bengaluru with the identity of 'Sharma family' has been arrested. Rashid Ali Siddiqui Shankar Sharma of Karachi, Pakistan lived with his wife and in-laws in Bengaluru. Police said that suspect Rashid Ali Siddiqui, his wife Ayesha, his father Hanif Mohammad and mother Ruby lived in the Sharma family in Rajpura village of Bengaluru Outer. She revealed her names as Shankar Sharma, Asha Rani, Ram Babu Sharma and Rani Sharma.

Started converting nearby Hindus to Islam, for which he also got money from Pakistan. Besides, many local Muslims living in Bengaluru were also helping him. But suddenly a mistake happened and after 10 years his secret was exposed. The police have registered a case against all four and arrested them.
According to media reports, based on intelligence information, two Pakistanis have been arrested from Chennai Airport. He had reached Chennai by flight from Dhaka. During interrogation he claimed to be an Indian but when his passports were checked they were found to be fake. After this, when he was interrogated, he got information about a Pakistani family hiding in Bengaluru. The family lived there with Hindu identity.
When the police arrived to arrest them on Sunday, the family was running away
while the Siddiqui family was packing. During interrogation, he identified himself as Sharma and said that he has been living in Bengaluru since 2018. During investigation, the family also produced an Indian passport and an Aadhar card, which identified him as a Hindu. When the police reached the house, Mehndi Foundation International Jashn-e-Yunus was found written on the wall. There were also photographs of some clerics in the house.
The wedding took place in Dhaka
According to preliminary investigation, Rashid Siddiqui's wife is from Bangladesh and earlier he was in Dhaka, where he got married. The couple reportedly came to Delhi in 2014 and later reached Bengaluru in 2018. The other two people arrested were her mother-in-law. He was detained during a raid in Jigani on the outskirts of Bengaluru on Sunday.

A senior police officer said- Our Jigani Inspector has investigated it and registered a case. Four people of the same family were living illegally on the basis of fake documents. Now a case has been registered and all four are being interrogated. We will take further action based on the enquiry. He told that the family was living in a rented house. He also made fake documents. The police is interrogating the arrested youth about his network and activities.
