Keylong, the headquarters of Lahaul-Spiti district, was the coldest place, where the minimum temperature was recorded at 1.7 degrees Celsius. Last night the minimum temperature in Keylong was 4 degrees Celsius. The mercury was 4.2 degrees Celsius in Kukumseri of Lahaul-Spiti district, 5.5 degrees Celsius in Kalpa of Kinnaur and 7.1 degrees Celsius in Samdho.
Kangra and Sundernagar became colder than Shimla.
