Amidst the enthusiasm of Shardiya Navratri in the country, the puja pandal of the mixed public Shri Shri Durgotsav Samiti located in Aambadi of Biswanath Chariali city has become the center of attraction among the people. The puja pandal depicts the caste patterns of various gatherings of North-East India.
In which mainly the glimpse of the picturesque Assam with the world famous one-horned rhinoceros, Nyakum festival of Arunachal Pradesh, the traditional festival Hornbill of Nagaland and the ethnic festival of Assam Bihu, Bagrumba, Aali Aai Ligang, Jhumur etc. dances have been displayed.
Amidst the drizzling rain, there was a steady flow of devotees in this puja pandal since Saptami Tithi this morning. At the same time, litterateurs, social workers etc. of the district were overwhelmed by the lighting of this puja pandal and praised the officials of the committee.
