How to make Farali Patra (farali patra making process)

  • Take 5 leaves of Alvi. Wash it thoroughly and remove larger branches with the help of a spade.
  • Put one bowl of gram flour in a mixing bowl, one bowl of green coriander in a mixer jar.
  • Then prepare a paste by adding two green chillies, a little jaggery, ginger, tamarind, chutney in a mixer jar and mix it with this flour.
  • – Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, one spoon oil and mix. Then knead the dough by adding water as required. Do not tie the dough loosely or tightly.
  • – Then add white sesame seeds to it and mix.
  • – Now spread this dough on the bonfire leaf. Then place another sheet on top of it and spread the dough on it and roll it well in all sizes.
  • Then boil water in dhokalia. – Then apply oil in a vessel and place the Patra roll on it. Then let it cook for fifteen minutes.
  • Then after it cools down, cut it into round shapes with the help of a chopper. Take out this vessel in a pan.
  • – Heat oil in a tadka bowl, then add cumin, sesame seeds, sweet neem and apply tadka. – Then let the pan cook on gas for three minutes. Your roaming ships are ready.
