Delhi weather
The weather remains normal in the country's capital Delhi. There is some mildness in the weather in the morning and evening, but the humidity and heat still continue during the day. Similar weather is expected in the coming days also. The maximum temperature of Delhi these days is seen between 35 to 36 degrees Celsius. At the same time, the minimum temperature is being measured at 22 to 23 degrees Celsius. Similar weather will be seen in Delhi till 14th October.
Chance of rain in these states today
According to weather forecasting agency Skymet, today light to moderate rain may occur over Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep, while heavy rain may occur at some places. Light to moderate rain is possible over Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Northeast India and Tamil Nadu. Light rain is possible in Western Himalayas, Bihar and East Madhya Pradesh. The Meteorological Department has also issued a rain alert in some states.
According to the Meteorological Department, monsoon has departed from Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat, half of Madhya Pradesh and most parts of Uttar Pradesh, but Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka. It is yet to depart from Kerala and North-Eastern states. However, October 15 is being considered as the last date of departure of monsoon from the country.
