Shivpuri, 07 October (Hindustan Reporter). The country's first Janman residential colony has been completed in Shivpuri district. Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on Monday inaugurated PM Janman Colony with his own hands and ushered in the Sahariya families and discussed with the beneficiaries. He expressed happiness after seeing the decoration and cleanliness in the houses of Usha tribal and Siya tribal and said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's dream of every poor having his own permanent house is now coming true.
While addressing the program, Scindia said that for any person, his world is his home. Our tribal brothers and sisters are the pride of India. This is the community which has sacrificed its lives for thousands of years to save the soil of this country. We remember Rani Durgavati, Birsa Munda. Who sacrificed for Mother India. If we had adopted the culture and old civilization of the tribal society, then these ill effects of climate change would not have happened today.
He said that Prime Minister Modi has raised the tribal society on the world stage. 15th November is celebrated as Birsa Munda Day. Six tribal museums are going to be established in the country. The 150th birth anniversary of Birsa Munda will be celebrated as a festival throughout the country. Prime Minister Modi has worked not only for PM Awas but for all-round development. Under Jan Man Yojana, along with pucca houses, tap water, pucca roads, health facilities, mobile medical units and employment opportunities have been provided. This tribal colony has been named after Tinka Majhi of the tribal community and today I feel very happy to meet my Sahariya brothers and sisters.
State Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar, while addressing the program, said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is continuously working for the development of the country and Union Minister Scindia is continuously working to bring that development to the people of his area. Industries worth three and a half thousand crores are being established in Shivpuri for the bright future of the coming generation. He thanked Union Minister Scindia on the auspicious occasion of inauguration of PM Jan Man Yojana. MLA Devendra Jain also addressed the program.
Benefits distributed to beneficiaries
Union Minister Scindia provided Jan Man Awas to Kalla tribal and Bediram tribal, an amount of two lakhs under Sambal Yojana to Rajabeti tribal of Hatod and Kalyani pension certificate to Santo tribal.
The foundation stone of these works was laid
Union Minister Scindia laid the foundation stone and inaugurated various projects. In which the foundation stone of Multipurpose Center Gangaura built at a cost of Rs 60 lakh, Multipurpose Center Ichauniya in Badarwas, Multipurpose Center Kotanaka in Dhamantuk, Jhandi, Vijaypura, Kolaras and Ludhavali Green India Mission Shivpuri built at a cost of Rs 40 lakh in development block Shivpuri was laid.
Reached village Nivoda and expressed condolences
Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia expressed deep condolence over the death of three children due to drowning in water after falling into a pit while playing in an accident that took place recently in village Nivoda of Tehsil Kolaras. He reached Nivoda village and met the family members of the children. Expressing his condolences, he consoled the parents of the children. In this incident, financial assistance of Rs 4 lakh each has been given to the families of the deceased children Shyamu alias Ravi son of Sarvan Banjara, Neeraj son of Dhara Banjara and Sanjay son of Kadu Banjara.
