Bhopal, 7 October (HS). State Congress President Jitu Patwari, while addressing a press conference at the State Congress office on Monday, said that the Prime Minister of the country Narendra Modi keeps shouting that strict action will be taken against the mafia. The drug trade case worth Rs 1800 crore that has come to light in Madhya Pradesh is a very dangerous situation not only for the state but for the country. In the state capital Bhopal, such a big drug trade going on right under the nose of the Chief Minister, Ministers, administration and intelligence agencies of the government has exposed the state government and law and order. In the last two years, a huge cache of drugs worth Rs 1900 crore has been seized in Indore, Ratlam and now Bhopal and other places, which is a matter of great shame for the state.

While raising questions on the intelligence agency of the state, Jitu Patwari said that the drug trade was not caught by Madhya Pradesh Police, it was caught by the Narcotics Department team of Gujarat Police. On which Gujarat Home Minister's tweet came. He said that we achieved this success and four hours later a tweet came from the Madhya Pradesh government. This clearly shows how the Madhya Pradesh government, its law and order and intelligence agencies are working in Madhya Pradesh.

PCC Chief said that drugs worth more than Rs 1800 crore were recovered in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. This news is as big as it is shameful. This cow-bullying business continues to flourish on such a large scale in the capital and the Mohan government of Madhya Pradesh is sitting with its eyes closed. Who is responsible for this? This action continued to be taken by ATS Gujarat and NCB and Madhya Pradesh Police kept sleeping, is this not a failure of Madhya Pradesh Intelligence?

Patwari said that there is a BJP government in the state for 25 years, the Prime Minister of the country should take the resignation of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on moral grounds. The Chief Minister should take resignation from Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Deora. Jitu Patwari said that I do not want to make any further political allegations on this subject, but such incidents continuously happening are a big irony for the children and youth of the state.

Making allegations, Jitu Patwari said that today the state is number one in rape, number one in drug trade, the government is intoxicated and people associated with the government are protected. This government is not of the people, not of BJP, this government is of mafia. I repeat this again and again that today the drug mafia is roaming openly under the protection of the government.
