Make healthy flour biscuits at home, the recipe is very easy!

Biscuits have held a place in our hearts for many years. Everyone likes to eat biscuits with tea as breakfast. Most of the biscuits are made from flour, whereas from the health point of view, flour biscuits are considered the best. Today we are going to tell you the recipe of flour biscuits which tastes amazing. You can keep them in an airtight container and eat them for several days.

Material:

250 grams whole wheat flour

125 grams (ground) sugar or jaggery

150 grams butter

1 teaspoon cardamom powder

Method:

Mix sugar or jaggery, cardamom powder and whole wheat flour in a bowl.

Using your fingers, work the butter into the flour mixture.

– Knead the mixture slowly into a soft dough. Make sure the dough is soft.

Wrap the dough in paper and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Afterwards, roll out the dough to 1/8″ thickness.

Cut the dough into desired shapes and place it on a baking tray.

– Cool the biscuits for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Bake

Biscuits. Bake until golden brown.

Once baked, let them cool, and your homemade whole wheat biscuits are ready to enjoy.
