- Spinach – 8 cups finely chopped
- Curd – eight cups
- Red chilli powder – one spoon
- Cumin powder – two spoons
- Sugar – two spoons
- Black pepper powder – two spoons
- Salt – as per taste
- Mustard – one spoon
- Curry leaves – a little
- Oil – two spoons
You can prepare it like this:
– First of all, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds in it.
– Now add spinach leaves to it and cook.
Now add curd, cumin powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt in a vessel and mix.
– Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves and fry them.
Now mix it in curd.
– After this add spinach to it also.
In this way your delicious raita is prepared.
