Material:
6-7 pieces of bread
1 cup grated cheese
half teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
half spoon garam masala
half spoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon tomato sauce
2 teaspoons chopped coriander
1 teaspoon red chili powder
2-3 spoons green chutney
desi ghee
salt as per taste
Method:
– First of all, take melted butter and grated cheese in a big bowl.
– Add red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, tomato sauce, cumin powder, finely chopped coriander and salt and mix.
– Now take the slices of bread and keep their edges aside.
– Now apply green chutney on it and place the cheese mixture on it and spread it well.
– After this, place another bread slice on top of this bread and press it well and roll it.
– Now keep the tawa or pan on the gas. Mix butter or ghee in it.
– After this, place the bread roll on the pan and apply butter on it and fry it well.
– After some time, turn it over and cook it from the other side also. Paneer bread roll is ready.
