The District Magistrate was surprised to see this. After which the DM took strict action against those selling fake drinking water and food products in Baghpat.
After 'Baghpat District Complete Solution Day', DM Jitendra Pratap Singh and Police Officer Arpit Vijayvargiya reached the district police post. Then a water bottle was given on the table in front of the District Officer and the Police Officer. It was a water bottle of Bilseri and not of Bisleri company. Food license number was not written on it.
It was proving to be a complete copy of the original brand and illegal. The District Magistrate immediately called the Food Safety Department to the police station and ordered to check the purity of the water. Assistant Food Safety Commissioner Manvendra Singh took information regarding water named Bilseri from Niwada police post, from where the water bottles were taken. Bulldozer was run on 2,663 bottles
The name was hidden in green color on the label of the bottle. Which was being sold in the name of the real brand by misleading the general public. On which the Food Safety Department team collected the water sample and sent it to the laboratory. Also, 2,663 bottles found at the spot were immediately destroyed by using a bulldozer. Also, since the warehouse did not have a license, a challan was filed in the Namdar Court and the warehouse was closed with immediate effect, which was ordered to operate only after obtaining the license.
