necessary ingredients:
- Chironji soaked in water for two hours – four cups
- Ghee – eight tablespoons
- Cumin – four spoons
- Green cardamom – eight
- Salt – eight spoons
- Chilli powder – two spoons
- Green chilli – eight (finely chopped)
- Coriander powder – four tablespoons
- Curd – eight tablespoons
- Bottle gourd – four cups
Prepare it like this:
– First of all prepare a paste by grinding chironji.
– Now heat ghee in a pan and add cumin and cardamom in it.
– After this, fry bottle gourd in it.
– Now cook curd in it for two minutes.
When the oil separates, add coriander powder, salt, chilli powder, green chilli, chironji paste and water and cook till it boils.
Now garnish it with green coriander and give it taste.
