We are telling you the recipe of making Gulab Jambu from milk powder, following which you can easily make Gulab Jambu.

Ingredients to make Gulab Jambu

  • two cups milk powder
  • Ghee as required
  • one and a half cup water
  • ghee for frying syrup
  • Half cup milk (full cream)
  • three spoons of flour
  • a pinch of baking powder
  • a pinch of saffron
  • a bowl of sugar
  • half teaspoon cardamom powder

How to make Gulab Jambu

  • – First of all, heat ghee in a pan on medium flame.
  • – When the ghee becomes hot, add milk to it and mix well.
  • – As soon as the milk becomes hot, turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool.
  • – When the milk becomes lukewarm, add milk powder and flour to it and mash it well.
  • – Now make a round shape from this mixture.
  • Meanwhile, to make the syrup, boil the sugar and water in a pan on medium flame.
  • Cook the syrup well and add cardamom powder and saffron to it and turn off the gas.
  • – Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame.
  • – When the ghee is hot, fry the rose hips in it.
  • Do not increase the flame at all.
  • When the rose petals become light brown, put them in the syrup.
  • Fry all the rose flowers and put them in sugar syrup.
  • After a few hours you will see that it is ready.
  • Your delicious Gulab Jambu is ready.
