Haryana Assembly Elections 2024: On the day of assembly elections in Haryana, BJP has expelled four leaders from the party. All four are contesting as independent candidates from Hisar Assembly. Savitri Jindal, mother of BJP's Kurukshetra MP Naveen Jindal, is also among the leaders expelled from the party. Along with this, Gautam Sardana, Tarun Jain and Amit Grover have also been expelled from the party. This information has been issued in a press note by BJP State President Mohanlal Badoli.
The press note said that the party workers who contested the assembly elections as independent candidates have been expelled from the party for six years with immediate effect.
What did Savitri Jindal say on the dismissal?
When Savitri Jindal was asked about her expulsion from BJP, she said, “I don't know anything about it. If I find out I will tell you. I am contesting the elections as an independent candidate. I don't know anything about this” expulsion. Let me tell you.” Let us tell you that in 2009, Savitri Jindal had won from Hisar seat on Congress ticket. He had to face defeat in the 2014 elections.
