Chief Minister Sai said on this occasion that compared to the 17th installment of the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi, this time 66 thousand 485 more farmers have taken advantage of the scheme. He said that the increase in the number of farmers benefiting from installment after installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is a proof of how fast India's agricultural sector is progressing. Sai said that among the farmer brothers and sisters of Chhattisgarh who are benefiting today under the 18th installment, 2 lakh 49 thousand 867 are forest lease holders and 30 thousand 408 farmers are benefiting under the PVTG scheme. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the progress of farmers in the country is making the slogan of Jai Jawan-Jai Kisan meaningful.
