Rahul Chahar's father filed a complaint in May 2024. According to the complaint of Rahut's father, company owner Vasudev Garg has built a colony named Narsi Village. Rahul's father had booked two plots in the same colony in 2012, on which the company was to build a house. He alleges that the builder sold his plot to someone else in 2016.
When Rahul's father came to know about this, he asked for his deposit amount from Vasudev Garg, which was returned to him. After this, Deshraj Singh applied in 2018 to transfer the second plot to the name of his son Rahul Chahar. For this they have to pay Rs. A transfer fee of Rs 32 thousand was taken, which the company has not paid him till date. The remaining amount of Rs 26.50 lakh has also been given to build a house on the plot. But despite the house being built, builder Vasudev Garg has not done the deed. They allege that the builder is preparing to sell the house to someone else just like the plot.
